This 1968 L88 Corvette was special ordered by Richard D. Moseley of Laurel Mississippi and delivered in May of 1968. Optioned with redline tires, auxiliary bolt on hard top with vinyl covering, and carburetor choke installation paperwork for street use. This L88 Corvette was used for pure pleasure along the highways where it attained speeds of 160 MPH on occasions. It was sold to its second owner with only 17,000 miles. This L88 Corvette passed through a few more careful owners before it went into storage in the late 1980s. In 2005 it was completely restored using as many N.O.S. parts as possible and eventually Bloomington Gold certified.
